The process commences with the development of an open business relationship with our Clients, where through an honest exchange, we determine if the Client needs can be comprehensively matched by our skill, experience, resources and abilities. Only from this honest exchange can the basis of a lasting and worthwhile business relationship be established.

The process continues with the identification of construction projects where the Clients’ requirements and expectations can be comprehensively delivered by the management team of Northern Construction Solutions on an individual basis.

Upon receipt of tender documents the project is thoroughly reviewed in detail to take into account:

The NCS Experience has been in operation for a number of years and has produced demonstrable benefits to a number of Clients. The system was especially beneficial during the delivery of the Children’s Centres and Extended Schools Phase 2 capital programme for Newcastle City Council. Northern Construction Solutions were appointed as a Framework Partner Contractor by Newcastle City Council to assist with the capital programme. Utilising the processes of The NCS Experience enabled Northern Construction Solutionsto contribute to the design and development of various individual projects to enable faster design to construction periods by close liaison with the design teams, to minimise disruption to facility users by early and detailed discussions with them to fully appreciate their logistical and functional requirements, thereby adjusting construction methods and programmes to suit and also by delivering projects to budget by carrying out engineering/build-ability reviews to ensure the most cost effective solutions were achieved.
