Sean Anderson – Director
| Sean is vastly experienced and has a thorough appreciation of all
aspects of the construction business having started his career in
general engineering, progressing to operate in a number of commercial
roles before leading a successful regional business for a national
contracting organisation for a number of years. He has developed a
reputation for being an innovative thinker who regularly develops
practical solutions. Sean is responsible for business development,
liaising with clients to appraise their requirements, and development
and preparation of tender solutions. In addition, Sean oversees the
construction and handover of individual projects to ensure that client
satisfaction is delivered through outstanding performance. |

Dave Gardner – Director
| Dave has a strong and extensive commercial background in major construction
projects where he has acquired a wealth of experience which has given
him a broad appreciation of the construction industry and its inherent
challenges. Dave has been at the forefront of the cultural change
happening throughout the industry in recent times, being involved
in setting up commercial arrangements that have enabled the completion
of projects in a non confrontational manner by building excellent
working relationships. Dave is responsible for the commercial management
of the company, working with clients and suppliers alike to ensure
that mutually beneficial commercial arrangements are in place. To
this end Dave is involved with projects from tender stage through
to final account ensuring that client satisfaction is delivered through
outstanding performance. |

Dave Lennon - Contracts Manager
| Dave has vast experience of managing construction projects requiring
a high standard of safety, quality and workmanship. He has a formidable
record in forging excellent working relationships with team members,
including Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers. Dave
is responsible for the planning and organisation of projects ensuring
that operations are carried out safely, to a controlled programme,
to the client’s specifications, with the appropriate resources,
with an exceptional quality of workmanship and within budgetary constraints.
Dave is responsible for ensuring that we satisfy our client’s
requirements on a daily basis and that the successful handover of
individual projects is achieved through outstanding performance. |
