Sean Anderson - DirectorSean is vastly experienced and has a thorough appreciation of all aspects of the construction business having started his career in general engineering, progressing to operate in a number of commercial roles before leading a successful regional business for a national contracting organisation for a number of years. Sean has developed a reputation for being an innovative thinker who regularly develops practical solutions. He is responsible for business development, liaising with Clients to appraise their requirements as well as development and preparation of tender solutions. In addition, Sean oversees the construction and handover of individual projects to ensure that Client satisfaction is delivered through outstanding performance. 
David Gardner - DirectorDavid has a strong and extensive commercial background in major construction projects where he has acquired a wealth of experience which has given him a broad appreciation of the construction industry and its inherent challenges. 
David Lennon – Senior Projects ManagerDave has vast experience of managing construction projects requiring a high standard of safety, quality and workmanship. He has a formidable record in forging excellent working relationships with team members, including Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers. Dave is responsible for the planning and organisation of projects ensuring that operations are carried out safely, to a controlled programme, to the Client’s specifications, with the appropriate resources, with an exceptional quality of workmanship and within budgetary constraints. Dave is responsible for ensuring that we satisfy our Client’s requirements on a daily basis and that the successful handover of individual projects is achieved through outstanding performance. 
Paul Smith – Senior Projects ManagerPaul is a very energetic and committed Contracts Manager who comes from an engineering background and has an eye for detail. He has demonstrated throughout his career, an ability to successfully deliver civil engineering projects that have a high level of logistical and engineering complexity. Paul’s particular strengths in planning and organisation have delivered significant benefits to Clients on those projects in which he has been involved. Paul has an exceptional understanding and commitment to Health, Safety and Welfare of all those involved in the project operations. 
Clive Thompson – Operations ManagerClive is a chartered Engineer and having worked for a number of major national contractors, has a broad experience of civil engineering projects, particularly marine, highways and bridge works – many of which have been in the North East. Clive is a highly experienced and skilled Contracts Manager who has demonstrated throughout his career an ability to work closely with Clients to fully understand the scope of works and implications on individual projects, to subsequently manage and organise resources to ensure the most technically beneficial and commercially advantageous solutions are delivered. Clive has extensive experience on partnership projects and has been an effective leader in this environment. 
Malcolm Thorn – Quantity SurveyorMalcolm is an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of progressively responsible experience in commercial and contracting organisations, covering all quantity surveying functions, supervision of staff, general construction management and commercial management. 
Mark O’Hanlon – Financial ControllerMark is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant with strong commercial awareness and experience in a variety of environments. Reporting to the company Directors, Mark has responsibility for production of all annual and monthly accounts, VAT returns, company taxation, annual budgets, IT co-ordination, payroll, bought ledger and subcontract payments. 
Sylvia Walmsley – Business AdministratorSylvia is the first point of contact at the main office. Sylva is an extremely accomplished and experienced office manager with many years experience within the construction industry.
Karen Parkin – Business Development Co-ordinatorKaren is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is responsible for the Marketing process. With many years experience within the construction industry, Karen is a dedicated employee who is driven by customer satisfaction.
